While visiting the Arizona Memorial this June 2012 I took the opportunity to snap as many photos as possible. One thing that caught my attention was the shiny splotches dotting the clear blue ocean below. Unbelievable! There were the haunting remnants of that fateful day December 7th 1941. Later on as I flipped through my numerous photos one caught my attention immediately. The oil sheen that laid upon the surface of the water formed an eerie resemblance of a mans face. A face of a fallen hero.
