Balloon Launch. This photograph was taken as the balloons were preparing to launch from the White Sands National Monument during the White Sands Balloon Fiesta. There had been rain during the previous days leaving large puddles. The wind was very calm just after sunrise allowing the water to be a smooth mirror.
