My family and I got to Hurricane Ridge early this morning to beat the heat, not knowing that a cycling race was taking place and the road was blocked. We decided to wait the race out and ended up being the first car let up the hill that day, and found this deer quietly meandering along the sidewalk near the visitor's center. I leaned over my uncle and snapped this out of the drivers side window.
