Arches National Park

As the sun crept across the western wall of Pine Tree Arch, I was taken by not only the etched detail in the rock face itself, but by the colossal ancient sandstone surroundings. To be standing alone amidst this timeless mystery carried my eye upperward and over to try and catch the sun as it danced it's way into the west, leaving me transfixed in the window which surrounded me. In one glorious instant, I became a part of the infinite. If only for a glimpse, it was all the affirmation I needed.
