My husband and I joyously tied the knot amongst the mountains of the Maroon Bells on August 25th, 2012. Our good friend married us, and our beloved dogs were ring bearers. During the kiss, our German Shepherd Layla decided to make a run for it and dragged our poor officiant down on her back. Thankfully she was unharmed and handled it with poise, jumping right back up to finish the ceremony. It is a comical moment we will remember for the rest of our lives!
