Many of us feel the pressure of noise and light pollution. I would like to help remind ourselves of the opportunity to regain our connection with the cosmos, that many national parks provide, by providing a radiation free environment where a person might simply, dressing warm, have a coffee, and look up at the sky.
This is a shot of a small but well formed Geminid passing next to Lambda Tauri, a triple star system in Taurus, and falling directly thought the Turret Arch, of Arches National Park.
