The Cedar Mesa area is a high 7000' plateau located in southeast Utah just north of Mexican Hat. The area is know for it's rich Native American ruins, petroglpghs and and rock art. Inhabited on and off by many different tribes and multiple generations as far back as 10,000 years ago this is a rich and diverse historical site. This image, I call "House on Fire" is from one of the more later Puebloen Tribes thought to have inhabited the Mesa 800-1200 years ago.
