Badlands National Park - Door Trail

Jacob on the left (7 years old) and Logan on the right (5 years old) after a day of winter hiking and climbing beyond Door Trail at Badlands National Park. The picture was taken when they were super excited after exploring the park during a rain/snow storm. This was one of their favorite moments of our entire trip from Michigan to California. They still talk about this hike and ask to go back. The photo was taken December 21, 2011 when the park was basically empty.
