Description: Cottonwood stand in fall colors. Taken on 10/3/2012 at mid-day using Nikon D300s with Nikkor 55-300mm lens set at 102mm, ISO 400,f/7.1, 1/1250 sec. Location is on Gros Ventre road near Gros Ventre campground. Noticed this colorful stand of Cottonwoods while stalking bull and cow moose in open field.
