This was taken at Lake of the Woods in Oregon in January of 2012. Every year at the boy scout camp called Camp McLoughlin on US Forest Services land, the Boy Scouts put on "snowcapades" for cub scouts. This last January the lake looked beautiful and I snapped this picture
