This was taken in the South Fork of Taylor Creek in the fall of 2010. I started hiking well before sunrise during a light drizzle, hoping to capture the beauty of Fall in Zion. Low hanging clouds formed a ceiling on the canyon walls as I waited for sunrise. Once the sun was up, the clouds lowered more and waves of fog started rolling down-canyon. It created one of the most spectacular scenes I have ever witnessed, and is not one I will ever forget.
