This photo was taken during a spontaneous trip to Wyoming. I was living in Colorado Spring for the summer and due to the Waldo Canyon fire there was too much smoke to do anything in Colorado. I drove through Vedauwoo several years ago and figured it was worth the 3 hour trip to go back and explore these amazing rock formations. I hiked out to one of the more secluded rock formations to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I was rewarded with this sunset. This photo is uncropped and unenhanced.
