The Blue Ridge Mountains may not be the biggest, but they are my beautiful home! This picture of the Blue Ridge Parkway winding into the distance was taken from the highest point East of the Mississippi River, Mt. Mitchell. There's nothing like wandering the Appalachian Trail on a clear November day!
