This was the view I was greeted with after hiking briskly up a mountain for over an hour in an attempt to beat the light of sunset to this valley. The approaching alpenglow on the mountains ahead here would be one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen. Unfortunately, I can no longer remember which trail this was.
