Sounding like cannon ball blasts, 1000’s of migrating snow geese took off for their first flight of the day just as the sun rose on this cold winter morning at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. I loved capturing this straggler who seemed to have perfect timing, aligning with the sun.
