Just arrived to the majestic Grand Canyon at 11 pm - and my brother who saw it for the first time couldn’t go to bed without getting a peak of the big gapping hole- he was stunned as it was so much more than he imagined and the stars were out too! Thank you to the Grand Canyon for observing/dimming light- so star viewing is possible at the Grand Canyon.
