The Rocky Mountain Arsenal has become more popular lately. Known for the Wildlife Drive through the large herd of Bison. But sometimes you have to find the little things too. I had many weeks in the Arsenal searching for bugs in the plants and flowers along several trails and areas away from the Bison. This particular year there was a huge congregation of grasshoppers of all sizes and colors. This beauty was sitting in the perfect light on a sunny day!!
