The snow goose is iconic as they return to Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. This shy girl hid her face in a demure pose, as she stood the only charcoal gray goose among the bright white males. The way she posed made me think of Barry Manilow's "Her name is Lola, she is show goose, with charcoal feathers in her hair."
