After living in Southern California for 7 years, Joshua Tree became a sanctuary for me. Right before we moved away in December of 2024 I took one last trip up to the park to take photos and say goodbye. After a full day of shooting I set up to take a Timelapse of the sunset. It ended up being one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen, almost like the park was giving me a heartfelt goodbye as well.
