During our spring (March 2025) family vacation at Joshua Tree National Park on a beautiful sunny morning, I managed to capture the Phantom Rock formation as a seemingly celestial being with magical cloud beams springing up from its head. Which goes to show that even a well-known and oft-visited site can convey a new look and experience given your timing, your circumstances, and your imagination.
