This photo was taken on the Grinnell Glacier trail in Glacier National Park. On the way back down the trail, we saw this female mountain goat walking on the trail toward us. We moved to the side to let her pass, and she stopped right on this ledge overlooking the stunning Grinnell Lake. She looked back at me, and I was able to capture a photo.
