This photo was taken in March 2025 i - cool for most of the country still but not in Arizona. We started our nine mile hike at 8 am and thankfully the sun took awhile to rise above the red rock. I shot this photo right as "she" (the sun) was cresting. I love the rings around her at the cacti standing before her.
