This bald eagle flies fast and low over the Lamar River in anticipation for a quick ambush! Today it's barrow's goldeneye that's on the menu, the red willow pop's in the background as the eagle soars towards it's prey. I never route for or against, I understand the circle of life, but one can't help to feel remorse or pity for the prey. One of my favorite places in the world, winter in Yellowstone!
