On October 10th, 2024, my 15 year old son (Keegan) and I went on our first ever Kayak Trip in the unbelievable beauty of the Grand Canyon on the Colorado River paddling past the famous Horseshoe Bend after being dropped just below the Glen Canyon Dam of Lake Powell. We were the last Kayakers to be dropped off, and at this time of the year, Keegan and I were totally alone on the river...there were no other Kayakers seen on our 13 mile trip down the Colorado. We have over 100 pictures of the magnificent Grand Canyon. It was a tranquil exploration of the river and canyon. An amazing adventure like no other I have ever experienced!!!
