Bodie Island Lighthouse Window to the Past. When taking photographs, I like to look behind me occasionally, to see if a different view provides an interesting image. On this day, I was walking around a small building on the property and noticed the lighthouse in the window when I turned around. It is a view I imagine one of the lighthouse keepers may have also gazed at through the window
