The Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge spans the length of the Oregon Pacific coast. The includes the Sea Stacks, rocky islands and sheer cliffs that provide isolated breeding and resting habitat for diverse communities of birds, marine mammals, and plants along the wave-battered coastline.
