West Yellowstone locals let me in on a secret spot for great sunsets in the national park so my wife and I decided to try it that evening. Talk about getting a great tip; the sunset with a hot spring in the foreground was spectacular. A group on a photo tour was also at this location and the guide said he had been there many times in hopes of getting a good sunset shot for his groups but that this one was the best yet. I used a long exposure to blur this steam rising from the spring.
