Montezuma Castle was a wonderful surprise. We found these cliff dwelling ruins of the Sinaqua people dating back to the 12th century overlooking the Beaver Creek. I closed my eyes and I could just imagine the Natives living here. It's a peaceful place to visit and I was amazed how they must have moved up into these "apartments!"
