The Anza Trail is where we escape to when it is too hot to hike anywhere else in our region. Our community has a lot of pride for this trail and the efforts to keep it clean are outstanding. In this photo, my son is walking in front of me. Through those trees is the stupendous Santa Cruz River! Without many options to be close to water where we live, it is always such a pleasure to be by this river.
