My husband and I were on a trip to visit several National Parks in California, mid-April. It had snowed the weekend prior to our planned stay in Sequoia and we almost decided not to go due to concerns with hazardous roads. We are so glad we did go because we got to the the beautiful sequoias in a way most people do not. The snow and fog along with the peacefully quiet surroundings was almost surreal.
