I was driving north into Grand Teton National Park and saw this Peregrin Falcon on a pole near the airport turnoff. I turned around so I'd be across the road with the sun behind me and hopefully not disturb it. It's then I noticed he's had a successful hunt as he was holding the remains of his dinner. I was able to watch for about half an hour before he decided to fly away. I haven't seen one that close before. I beautiful bird.
