The beach is accessed by a short hike from the parking lot. Once there, it's time to look for fossils. After collecting some (see baggie in his hand), it was time to cool down with his feet in the water on the shores of the Potomac River. If you look closely, you can see his grandfather on the far left, still looking for that special fossil.
