I learned about the geologic park a few years ago, but finally made it out there. We will go again sometime and get more hiking in. The weather didn't cooperate this time. What was very interesting was the old soddie, reconstructed in 1984. They did an excellent job showing what the pioneers on the grasslands used for building materials with few trees available.
