After visiting Yosemite Valley, we decided to take the Tioga Pass (which had only recently opened after its winter/spring closure) over to the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Tanya Lake was one of many stunning stops along the way. Someone had put up this hammock to enjoy the perfect early summer day. I love how the blue of the hammock mirrors the blue of both the lake and the sky.
