This most famous of dwellings (House on Fire) is readily reachable and is as far a most visitors travel up Mule Canyon. To catch the most dramatic light, the sun should be reflecting off the fore-ledge, so later in the day; at least that is what we were told. Though by capturing and image with just the dwellings seems to show the fiery effect as well from the layers of sandstone that provides the roofs.
