This is the headwaters of East Creek in Colorado. I was headed up the Scholfield Pass Road to do some fly fishing for brook trout. when I had to stop and enjoy this stunning view. The road runs between Crested Butte and Marble within the Gunnison National Forest.
All I had was my cell phone, but as they say, the best camera is the one you have on you when the moment arrives.
