This was a solo trip to Death Valley in November, 2023. I hiked as far and high as I could, before sunrise, to capture the undisturbed beauty of the sand. As the sun rose higher, the light danced across the sand, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow. This shot, taken to the east, captures the raw beauty of the desert landscape and the solitude of my early morning adventure.
I used a Canon EOS-R with a 14mm Rokinon lens on a tripod.
