Superior National Forest

Looking over Bear Lake in the Superior National Forest near Silver Bay, Minnesota. This scenic trail and overlook to the lake have gotten popular over the last few years because the scene, especially in autumn, is very photogenic. The trail itself was my favorite part, such a beautiful forest walk. I hiked to the lake overlook on a rainy day and the foggy drizzle really made the autumn colors pop on the steep hills surrounding the lake.
