Fishing in Northern Minnesota in early June-you better have bug protection!! Covered head to toe, my partner stands with waiters fishing a lake in the Superior National Forest. My partner and I love the outdoors too much to let a billion mosquitoes stand in the way! Head nets and thick clothes are really the only way to make sure you don't get bitten up in the Northwoods. And I promise, it is worth the effort because early summer weather is the best!
