While visiting the Bay Area, I finally stopped to visit the Rosie the Riveter National Historic Park. I found it very interesting telling the story of women in the workforce war effort. While my mom was not technically a "Rosie", she had also moved into the workplace during that time. I found the sculptures fascinating, as they were set with life size photos. The journey into the past was worth the stop.
