I took this picture on my final hike during a trip out West in Utah. My father and I hiked the Canyon Overlook Trail in Zion in the early morning to try and catch the sunrise. And boy, did we! That was one of the most stunning sunrises I've ever had the privilege of experiencing. The sun just lit up the canyon into this vibrant array of oranges and reds- I'd truly seen nothing like it. I snapped this walking back to our car as one of my last photos of the trip, and I can't help but still be captivated by just the memory of that very vibrant morning looking back at this photo.
