I personally had never been out West before, as I grew up in Texas and now live in North Carolina. For my high school graduation, I begged my parents to visit the Great Five in Utah- and this was taken from that stunning trip! This picture itself was captured on the Park Avenue Trail in Arches- my first-ever solo hike in a National Park! This hike will forever hold a place close to my heart- as it was one of the first that made my dream of seeing the American West come true. I hope to share that beauty that I was fortunate enough to experience with others.
