This picture was taken at the Tidal Pool in Washington DC on a rainy Day. The Cherry Blossoms had passed peak due to some storms that had passed through earlier in the week. Most of their colors had change from pink to white and the blossoms were beginning to fall to the ground. In a place that is often crowded, these benches seemed to be taking a breather and enjoying the stillness of the moment.
