As we began our hike up to Inspiration Point and eventually Cascade Canyon, we heard people talking about a moose up ahead. We made a quick detour off of the Cascade Canyon trail and on to a separate loop that passed by a finger of Jenny Lake, and hurried to where a crowd was watching the water. After looking around for a bit to try and find the moose, we located it feeding in the shallow water. We ended up seeing 3 more moose on the hike.
