Under the silvery glow of the moon, we embarked on a nocturnal adventure along Glacier National Park's iconic Road to the Sun. Retitled 'Road to the Moon' for this surreal experience, our journey took us through a narrow, winding path, with only the light of the lunar giant to guide us. Nervous excitement coursed through my veins as we navigated our RV and Jeep combo through the darkness, aware of the park's resident bears lurking in the shadows.
As we reached the summit, a breathtaking vista unfolded before us. Two majestic mountains formed a perfect V, cradling the moon in their midst. The night air was crisp, the silence almost palpable. I dared to step out, camera in hand, to capture this rare astro-landscape. The moon's gentle light cast an ethereal glow on the mountains, as if the very heavens had conspired to create this moment.
