Blue skies starting the Water Canyon hike in Southern Utah, but spring weather always has a mind of its own and that is why I wore multiple layers and packed my rain jacket, winter hat and gloves. I got to the end of the canyon and the clouds came fast, with strong winds bringing snow on an otherwise 70-degree day. Since I was prepared for a weather change it was a beautiful and fun experience seeing this canyon go through two different seasons in one afternoon.
