I've never been the biggest fan of Joshua trees, but when they bloom, I have a different attitude. Fun fact, Joshua trees don't necessarily bloom annually, certain weather conditions must be present in the preceding winter. When we do get a bloom, I head out to the Spring Mountains or Red Rock Canyon to take the beauty in! Gorgeous blooms (not gorgeous fragrance), I would compare the "fragrance" as odor equivalent to rotting garlic.
