My husband and I were driving through the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and stopped at Chanticleer Point Lookout. As we looked to the east we saw this breathtaking view. We marveled at the Columbia River Gorge's lush green forests, steep cliffs, and the winding Columbia River stretching into the distance under a moody cloud-filled sky.
