Snow Geese and Ross's Geese take to the air in a mass lift-off. Millions of waterfowl and wading birds migrate along the Pacific Flyway and winter in California's Central Valley each year. The Merced National Wildlife Refuge is a great place to visit them! I used a slow-shutter panning technique to get some motion blur in their wings.
