If you've ever taken a picture of a glacier, you know the photo never does it justice! Typically, I would elimiate any person that ends up in my landscape shots, however, in this case, I specifically left them in so the viewer has a sense of scale. I love the abstract quality all the layers of dirt bring to this photo of Root Glacier.
